Για επιστροφές οχημάτων εκτός ωραρίου λειτουργίας, σταθμεύστε το αυτοκίνητο στο κέντρο ενοικίασης, αφήστε τα έγγραφα του αυτοκινήτου στο εσωτερικό του, κλειδώστε το αυτοκίνητο και τοποθετήστε τα κλειδιά στην κλειδοθήκη, που βρίσκεται δίπλα στο γκισέ ενοικίασης. Σημείωση: Σε περίπτωση που τα έγγραφα ή τα κλειδιά του αυτοκινήτου λείπουν, θα ισχύουν σχετικές χρεώσεις.

Η ελάχιστη ηλικία για τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων Μίνι, Οικονομικά, Μικρά και Μεσαία είναι τα 21 έτη. Οι κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων Standard ή ανώτερες είναι διαθέσιμες μόνο για ενοικιαστές 25 ετών και άνω. Κατά την ολοκλήρωση της κράτησης, συνιστάται να ελέγχετε προσεκτικά τους τοπικούς όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις. Υπάρχει Πρόσθετη χρέωση νεαρού οδηγού (YRT) 9,00 EUR την ημέρα (μέγιστο 90,00 EUR ανά ενοικίαση) για όλους τους οδηγούς ηλικίας 21-24. Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση ή κανονισμός για μέγιστο όριο ηλικίας. Όλες οι χρεώσεις που αναφέρονται περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ και τοπικές πρόσθετες χρεώσεις.

Τη στιγμή της ενοικίασης, ο ενοικιαστής πρέπει να υποδείξει αν το ενοικιαζόμενο αυτοκίνητο θα οδηγηθεί έξω τη χώρα ενοικίασης. Επιτρέπονται τα διασυνοριακά ταξίδια για τις εξής χώρες: Γερμανία, Ουγγαρία, Σλοβακία, Ιταλία, Κροατία, Σλοβενία, Ελβετία, Λιχτενστάιν, Γαλλία, Ισπανία, Πορτογαλία, Ανδόρα, Μονακό, Λουξεμβούργο, Βέλγιο, Ολλανδία, Δανία, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, Ιρλανδία, Τσεχική Δημοκρατία, Νορβηγία, Φινλανδία, Σουηδία και Πολωνία. Η είσοδος ή/και η διέλευση με ενοικιαζόμενο αυτοκίνητο δεν επιτρέπεται για τις ακόλουθες χώρες: Βοσνία-Ερζεγοβίνη, Βουλγαρία, Εσθονία, Βόρεια Μακεδονία, Ρουμανία, Σερβία, Μαυροβούνιο, Ρωσική Ομοσπονδία, Λετονία, Λιθουανία, Λευκορωσία, Ουκρανία, Μολδαβία, Τουρκία και Αλβανία. Αν ο ενοικιαστής ταξιδέψει στο εξωτερικό χωρίς να ενημερώσει την εταιρεία σχετικά ή εισέλθει ή/και ταξιδέψει σε χώρες όπου αυτό δεν επιτρέπεται, ο ενοικιαστής είναι πλήρως υπεύθυνος για οικονομικές υποχρεώσεις σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος, ζημιάς, κλοπής, τροχαίων παραβάσεων, προστίμων, κόστος επιστροφής, άλλες χρεώσεις κ.λπ. Για τα καταστήματα αεροδρομίου ισχύει χρέωση διασυνοριακής χρήσης ύψους 24,57 EUR ανά ημέρα (μέγιστο ποσό 49,14 EUR ανά ενοικίαση) για όλες τις επιτρεπόμενες χώρες. Όλες οι αναγραφόμενες χρεώσεις περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ και χρεώσεις αεροδρομίου. Αν τα συνολικά τέλη ενοικίασης υπερβαίνουν τα 150,00 EUR, εφαρμόζεται ο νόμιμος φόρος επί των συμβάσεων, ύψους 1% επί του συνολικού κόστους ενοικίασης. Για τα καταστήματα εντός πόλης ισχύει χρέωση διασυνοριακής χρήσης ύψους 21,00 EUR ανά ημέρα (μέγιστο ποσό 42,00 EUR ανά ενοικίαση) για όλες τις επιτρεπόμενες χώρες. Όλες οι αναγραφόμενες χρεώσεις περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ. Αν τα συνολικά τέλη ενοικίασης υπερβαίνουν τα 150,00 EUR, εφαρμόζεται ο νόμιμος φόρος επί των συμβάσεων, ύψους 1% επί του συνολικού κόστους ενοικίασης.

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW) reduces the liability you are responsible for in the event of damage to and or theft of the vehicle under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of the Road Circulation Code. CDW is optional, and if not included in the Rental Agreement Summary, it is available for purchase at the counter. Without CDW, the Renter is responsible for the total cost of the damage to the rented vehicle or the value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. CDW is not insurance. In the event of an accident, any damage, or theft, the driver MUST obtain the relevant police report. If no police report is provided, the driver will be liable for the total cost of the damage up to / and, including the total cost of the vehicle. In case of car damage or car theft, an administration fee of EUR 30,00 (D.A.F.) will be charged to the driver on top of the damage charge. This charge applies irrelevantly to the party at fault. The deductible amounts are as follows: Mini, Economy: 960 EUR Compact, Intermediate: 1200 EUR Standard, Full-Size: 1500 EUR EUR Premium, VAN: 2000 EUR If liability for the accident lies with a third party and the renter provides a police report and a signed accident report during or at the end of the rental at the branch, the third party's insurance company pays full reimbursement to the owner. The owner will reimburse any damage charges paid by the Renter except the Accident administration fees. The renter agrees to cooperate and assist the Owner and the Owner's insurers with any inquests concerning any recourse against a third party.

The vehicle is prohibited to be used, for infringement of provisions of the Austrian Road Circulation Code, for purposes opposite to the Austrian laws. CDW does not cover the interior of the vehicle, tires, lost keys, key fobs, transponders, damage caused using the wrong fuel, act of God, negligence, any damage or loss caused by the failure to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the vehicle or the keys, or any other device that unlocks the vehicle and/or enable the vehicle to be started, and roof or undercarriage damage to the vehicle. CDW will be voided if damage is caused by: unauthorized driver, anyone using a vehicle without the correct license or anyone under the minimum age to rent from our company, use of the vehicle for hire or reward, use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury, loss or damage to property or person, use of the vehicle for racing, testing or teaching someone to drive, use of vehicle whilst under the influence of drinks or drugs, overloading the vehicle with passengers, overloading the vehicle above the maximum legal weight, using the vehicle outside the Austrian territory without our written permission, towing, using the vehicle off-road, transporting fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, live or dead animals, any kind of packaged liquid or dangerous or noxious substances, using the vehicle in a reckless manner, using the vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation, failing to report an accident to us during / or at the return of the car using the Accident and Police Report, or failing to lock the vehicle.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

Όλα τα οχήματα παραδίδονται με γεμάτο ρεζερβουάρ βενζίνης και πρέπει να επιστρέφονται στην ίδια κατάσταση. Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής του οχήματος χωρίς γεμάτο ρεζερβουάρ, ισχύει χρέωση ανεφοδιασμού ανάλογη της τιμής στην αντλία, καθώς και χρέωση 15 EUR συν ΦΠΑ και προσαύξηση αεροδρομίου (όπου ισχύει).

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covers the driver of the vehicle for up to €20.000,00 in case of death due to an accident and €50.000,00 in case of disability while driving the rented car.

All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 450 EUR for the categories MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE, FULL SIZE, STANDARD and 1000 EUR for the categories PREMIUM, FULL SIZE VAN.

Η βασική οδική βοήθεια καλύπτει μόνο τεχνικές βλάβες του οχήματος, οι οποίες δεν οφείλονται σε αμέλεια του οδηγού ή σε εσκεμμένη κακή συμπεριφορά. Η κάλυψη οδικής βοήθειας (RAP) απαλλάσσει τον πελάτη από την οικονομική ευθύνη για οδικά περιστατικά που χρεώνονται, όπως άδεια μπαταρία, τρυπημένο ελαστικό, ακούσιο κλείδωμα, τεχνική βλάβη του οχήματος, ρυμούλκηση και αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης. Η Οδική βοήθεια (RAP) είναι διαθέσιμη με χρέωση 15,00 EUR ανά ημέρα (μέγιστο 150,00 EUR ανά ενοικίαση). Σε περιπτώσεις απώλειας/καταστροφής των κλειδιών του οχήματος ή/και της πινακίδας αριθμού κυκλοφορίας, εφαρμόζεται ελάχιστη χρέωση αντικατάστασης 180,00 EUR συν κόστος διαχείρισης ύψους 30,00 EUR. Όλες οι χρεώσεις περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ και τοπικές πρόσθετες χρεώσεις.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. All drivers must have held their license for at least 12 months. In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid debit or credit card in the renter’s name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present and International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters may refer to the websites of the Austrian Government or OEAMTC for further information. Driving Licenses from the following countries are not recognized in Austria, and holders of such licenses are not permitted to drive in Austria. The list is subject to change in accordance with rules and regulations set out by the Austrian Government: Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Equatorial Guinea, Belize, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burundi, Cayman Islands, China (incl. Licences from these countries cannot be used for driving within Austria.

Η Ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης, η οποία παρέχεται στο πλαίσιο της τιμής ενοικίασης, καλύπτει τον ενοικιαστή έως του μέγιστου ποσού των 10.000.000,00 EUR για σωματική βλάβη τρίτου μέρους ή θάνατο και 10.000.000,00 EUR για ζημιά σε ιδιοκτησία τρίτου μέρους.

Tires and Windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renters’ financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and the undercarriage of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the undercarriage, the tires, or the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO amount. If not included in your reservation, the CDW is required so you to be able to purchase the Tire and Windshield protection. The Accident report should always be supplemented so that the insurance covers will be in effect. In case of car damage or car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) will be charged to the driver. This charge applies irrelevantly to the party at fault.
