All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter, present their driver's license, and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. Spouses or domestic partners who meet the same age and driver's license requirements as the main driver can be added as additional driver free of charge. An additional driver fee of 7.95 USD per day applies.

Delivery and Collection is available. Customer can pre-arrange pick up and drop off of vehicle in advance.
Customer must contact the rental office directly upon arrival.
Pick up and Drop off is available at no additional cost for anything up to 3 miles.
Pick up and drop off is available at a cost of $20.00 USD for 4 to 15 miles.
Pick up and drop off is not available beyond 15 miles.

Deductible Protection (DP) reduces renter's Collision Damage Waiver Protection deductible to $0. In order to purchase DP, you must purchase Collision Damage Waiver Protection.

Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The rental location requires the purchase of CDW-TP to rent a vehicle unless you present written proof that your credit card provides collision and theft protection, or you purchase a Protection Package (PP) that includes CDW-TP. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle. If CDW-TP is declined with proof of coverage and the Protection Package is not purchased, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle. Collision Coverage purchased on third-party travel websites will not be accepted in the Dominican Republic.

Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Tire and Windshield Protection (TWP), Third Party Liability (TPL) and Deductible Protection (DP) at a discounted price. Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is not insurance. If you purchase EPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, and up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties during the rental period in the Dominican Republic subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at market price at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas.
Option 2- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local market fuel prices.
Option 3- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI1)The purchase of personal accident insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,000 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of $17,250 USD (500,000 DOP)

Credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization on the credit card in the amount of 500.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.
Debit and or Check cards are not accepted at this location. Debit and or check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover logo.

Roadside Plus (RSP) - If selected and paid for at the time of rental, Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 without additional charges.
RSP includes towing (not related to an accident), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed), and lockout service (if keys are locked inside the vehicle). Jumpstarts and fuel delivery service for up to 5 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel is also provided. Tire damage beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter.

Present a valid driver's license.
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental.
This location accepts notarized Chinese Drivers License.
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.

After exiting the baggage claim area, follow the exit passage to the Car Rental Area.
From Terminal A: The Counter is inside airport building, approximately a 2 minute walk from the baggage claim area. Proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain the rental agreement. A representative will walk them to the parking lot, where they will be shown to their rental vehicle.
From Terminal B: The Counter is inside airport building, where the customer will obtain the rental agreement. A representative will pick them up in the courtesy vehicle and drive them to the parking lot (approximately 1KM away) where they will be shown to their rental vehicle.

Third Party Liability -TPL- protection is required by the rental company unless the Enterprise Protection Package -EPP- is purchased. Customers can obtain coverage up to 500,000.00 USD for damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance by purchasing its TPL protection.
Liability insurance purchased on third party travel websites and insurance that accompanies US credit or debit cards is not accepted by the local rental company as a valid alternative to TPL.

Tire Windshield Protection waives customer's liability in the event of damage to tires or windshield.
