All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter and present their driver's license. The main driver must present the original driver's license of any additional drivers if they cannot be present at the rental counter. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 133.40 MAD per day applies. The maximum fee is 800.42 MAD.

After Hours Pick Up:
After Hours Pickup is available between 7pm and 10pm and requires 24 hours notice with the provision of a flight number.
The shuttle bus driver will meet the customer at the designated pickup point right outside Terminal 1 (meeting point sign).
An After Hour Pickup service fee of 396 MAD tax included is applicable.
After Hours Returns:
Returns after hours are available between the hours of 7pm and 10pm and require a minimum of 24-hours notice.
An agent will provide access to the facility located at 4, Route Guemassa Fourouguia take possession of the vehicle keys and shuttle you back to the airport.

The minimum age requirement to drive all vehicles is 25. There is no maximum rental age. A young driver fee of 133 MAD per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24. Renters between the age of 21 and 24 may rent the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact SUV, and Intermediate.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

Collision Damage Waiver with Theft Protection (CDWTP) is an optional protection product which reduces the deductible in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle, when no responsible third party is identified.
If CDWTP is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If purchased or included in the reservation, the following excess applies depending on the rented car category:
Mini And Economy And Intermediate Van: 17000 MAD
Compact And Intermediate: 23000 MAD
Compact SUV, Intermediate And Standard SUV: 28000 MAD
Standard And Standard Van: 28000 MAD
Premiums and Passenger Vans: 40000 MAD
Before purchasing CDWTP it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDWTP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDWTP is not insurance.

Excess Reduction (ER) reduces the applicable deductible in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.
If ER is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If purchased or included in the rental the deductible is reduced to 8500 MAD for the vehicle categories Mini and Economy, 11,500 MAD for Compact and Intermediate cars, and 14,000 MAD for Compact SUV, Intermediate SUV, Standard SUV, all Standard vehicles, and Intermediate and Standard Vans. For any Premium vehicles, the deductible is reduced to 20,000 MAD. The deductible will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost, not returned, or stolen.
The purchase of ER also lowers the renter’s liability for damages to tires and windshield. If not included in the reservation, the purchase of CDWTP is required to be able to purchase ER.

We Refill - This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. The price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices.
Prepay Fuel - This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Customer Refills - This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.

All major credit cards, issued by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Prepaid cards, cash, and cheques are not accepted. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 10,000 MAD for the car categories Mini, Economy, and Compact and 20,000 MAD for all other car categories. Cash, prepaid cards, or debit cards can be used at the end of the rental to pay for any outstanding balances, but the deposit must be secured with a credit card at the start of the rental.

Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) is an optional product and allows customers to waive financial responsibility for recovery and call-out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers because of a fault caused by renter error. RAP does not apply if there is a breach of the rental agreement.
Before purchasing RAP, it is advised to determine if a personal coverage is adequate to cover these charges. If RAP is declined, the renter will be required to pay any applicable charges and seek compensation from the carrier of personal coverage. RAP is not insurance.

All drivers must present a full valid driving license and must have held the license for a minimum of one year and at least three years to rent the categories Standard, Standard SUV, Passenger Van, and Premium. In addition, all renters must provide a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or ID card. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle.
If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.

The rental location is less than 3 minutes from the airport and is serviced by a shuttle bus. Call our office once you have collected your luggage. Once outside, you will meet our agent who will be carrying a board with your name on it. In case our driver is not there yet, please wait in the area right outside the building exit.

Third Party Liability Protection (SLP) is included in all rentals and covers the renter up to a maximum of 20,000 MAD for third party bodily injury and death and up to 50,000,000 MAD for damage to third-party property.
If no other Damage Waiver (CDWTP) protection product is either included or purchased, the renter is liable up to the total value of the vehicle in case of damage, loss, or theft.
