After Hours Returns: An Enterprise representative will be present to service rental returns outside of counter hours. Please specify expected time of return if outside of branch hours at the time of rental pickup. It is not necessary to leave the copy of rental agreement or contact information because we request this information at the time of rental pickup. An after hours service fee of 30.25 EUR inclusive of VAT applies.

Απαιτήσεις ηλικίας
Το ελάχιστο όριο ηλικίας για την ενοικίαση είναι τα 22 έτη για όλες τις κατηγορίες οχημάτων με εξαίρεση τα Μεγάλα van, για τα οποία το ελάχιστο όριο ηλικίας είναι τα 26 έτη. Το ανώτατο όριο ηλικίας για την ενοικίαση είναι τα 77 έτη. Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση λόγω νεαρού ηλικίας και οι ενοικιαστές κάτω των 22 ετών (26 ετών για τα Μεγάλα van) δεν μπορούν να προβούν σε ενοικίαση.
Πολιτική διασυνοριακής χρήσης
Vehicles can be driven in all E.U. Countries except to Belarus, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Turkey. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed station in Montenegro, if not otherwise agreed by the rental agreement.
Out of country travels require approval of the Station employee, by providing the permission stamp at the rental agreement and all relevant documents, at the time of vehicle pick up. A surcharge for a Third Party Insurance (TPI) will apply and must be purchased at the rental counter. The charge is 60.50 EUR excluding airport fees per rental. The vehicle is covered by TPI as long as it is driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued. Car replacement while driving abroad is available for additional fee. To arrange cross border travel please inform the Enterprise Montenegro employee at the time of vehicle pick up, if not differently specified. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) reduces the renters responsibility for loss of or damage to the rental vehicle (including but not limited to, Towing, storage, loss of use, administrative fees and / or diminished value of the rental vehicle) subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and applicable laws. CDW is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. The CDW excess ranges from 600 EUR to 1200 EUR depending the car group. The purchase of CDW is not a required condition of the rental. The protection provided by CDW may duplicate the renters existing coverage and Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage. Therefore, the renter should examine their personal credit card protections, automotive insurance policies or other sources of coverage which may duplicate the protection provided by CDW.

Delivery and Collection is available within a notice period of 24 hours up to 20 km of city limits at a charge of 18.15 EUR per service. Deliveries and collections outside of city limits (over 20 km and up to a maximum of 50 km) will incur the renter and additional per km fee of EUR 0.54.

Domestic one-ways are available for all locations within Montenegro. A one-way drop fee of EUR 30.25 inclusive of VAT is applicable for each domestic one-way rental with the exception of one-way rentals within the same city which are free of charge. There is no minimum length of rental requirement to qualify for a one-way rental. One way reservations must be made within 24 hours advance notice.
International one-way rentals are also allowed on request to select locations. A drop fee applies. This fee amount varies depending on the one-way route and destination location. Υπηρεσία ανεφοδιασμού
All vehicles are delivered with a certain level of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. The tank does not have to be full, but the level of fuel have to be noted at the rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it was at the beginning of the rental, the renter will be charged for the difference plus an extra charge of EUR 10.00. Vat will not apply to fuel charges.

During the winter season of 15 November to 1 April and during cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Montenegro all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI) is an optional coverage which if purchased, covers the authorized drivers, passengers and personal effects. This coverage is available to purchase at the counter at the time of rental for an additional fee of 2.50 EUR per day for all car groups - VAT excluding.
Τρόποι πληρωμής
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 300.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate have a 500.00 EUR deposit, Standard and Full size vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Ασφαλιστική κάλυψη οδικής βοήθειας
Roadside Assistance is free of charge and available 24/7 by calling the phone number 382 67222065 and/or 382 67222051. Including these services for free: Flat tyre, Jump start, Lockout service, Fuel Delivery Key replacement. The cost of the lost or damaged key, lost of vehicle's documents aren't covered and the authorized driver (s) should pay on the spot these costs. In case of an unroadworthy rental vehicle as a result of a roadside incident, a towing service and a replacement vehicle will be provided within 2-4 hours (depends the distance) for free. Road assistance free service void if at the time of incident the authorized driver (s) are in violation of the Rental Agreement terms.
Απαιτήσεις ενοικιαστή
All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters carrying a driving license that isn't in Latin characters do require an International Driving Permit.
Προηγμένη απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά από σύγκρουση
Super CDW Covers the deductible amount that is applied to the CDW coverage under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of Road Circulation Code. Super CDW is an option add on product that can only be purchased along with the purchase of CDW. The daily charge varies from 18.15 EUR to 24.20 EUR per day, including VAT. SCDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna, incorrect fuel, acts of God, Terrorist Attacks, wheels and tires. The Accident Statement (Police report) should always be supplemented so that the insurances covers will be in effect. In case Police report is not provided at the end of the rental SCDW insurance will not be in effect and full damage will be charged from the client.

SLP SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE -REQUIRED BY LAW- IS FREE OF CHARGE AND INCLUDED IN ALL RATES. COVERAGE LIMITS - THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH UP TO 550,000.00 EUR. THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE 300,000.00 EUR.

THEFT PROTECTION (TP) is an optional coverage which reduces the customers financial responsibility in cases of Theft via a set deductible / excess which ranges from 600.00 EUR to 1200.00 EUR depending on the vehicle group.

TIRES AND WINDSHIELD PROTECTION (TWP) is an optional coverage which if accepted eliminates the financial responsibility of damage / loss to the tires, windshield and any other windows of the rental vehicle. Provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. Tires and windshield protection is available to purchase at the counter for an additional fee of 3.00 EUR to 8.00 EUR (excluding VAT) per day based on a vehicle group.
