Εξυπηρέτηση εκτός ωραρίου
After Hours is a service provided to pick up and/or return a vehicle outside branch opening hours. This service is on request and a minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required. An additional charge of 20.00 EUR plus VAT applies and should be paid at the rental counter at the time of pick-up. This service charge applies for pick-ups and returns between 2:30 AM and 8 AM.
Απαιτήσεις ηλικίας
The minimum age requirement to drive all vehicles is 21. The maximum rental age is 75. An additional fee of 17.70 EUR per day plus airport surcharges applies to all renters over the age of 70. A young driver fee of 17.70 EUR plus airport surcharges per day applies for all renters between the age of 21 and 24 wishing to rent the categories Intermediate, Standard and Full Size. The young renter fee does not apply to Mini, Economy, and Compact vehicles.
Πολιτική διασυνοριακής χρήσης
Vehicles can be driven in all European countries, except Turkey. A surcharge for a Third-Party Insurance (TPI) will apply and must be purchased at the rental counter. The charge is 35.40 EUR including VAT per each border of the driving country. The vehicle is covered by TPI as long as it is driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued. Roadside assistance or car replacement while driving abroad are available, charges may apply. To arrange cross border travel please email contact@enterprise.mk for assistance.
Ασφάλιση ζημιών
Covers the renters’ liability for damages and fire to the rented vehicle - under the condition that the damage is not due to infringement of Road Circulation Code and/or the usage of alcohol and drugs, with a deductible amount from 500 EUR to 1.000 EUR depending on car group. CDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. If CDW is not including to the Rental Agreement, the renter is liable to pay the total amount of the damages of the rented car. If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.
Εξαιρέσεις/Ακυρώσεις ασφάλισης ζημιών
Collision Damage does not cover: mirrors, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft, damage from weather, natural disasters, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

On request service. Please proceed your request to contact@enterprise.mk prior your arrival. For deliveries and collections within city limits radius a flat charge of 10,00 EUR plus VAT applies and should pay locally. For distances longer than 15 km an additional charge of 0.70 EUR plus VAT plus Airport Fee per km applies and should pay locally as well.

This is on request service and is available in specific locations in North Macedonia. One-way rentals must be requested at the time of booking and an advance notice of 24 hours required. Unauthorized one-way drops will be charged at the end of the rental. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee must be paid at the rental counter at the pickup. Domestic one way rentals are allowed for all car groups at a charge of 59.00 EUR including VAT excluding Airport Fee. International one way rentals are allowed to select locations and the fee depends on the route and the drop off location. IN CASES WHEN THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RATE OF ENTERPRISE-RENT-A-CAR FYR MACEDONIA. FEES FOR TANK SERVICES ALSO APPLY, COST 10 EUR PLUS VAT.

Οι πελάτες του Enterprise Plus μπορούν να κερδίσουν πόντους για ενοικιάσεις που πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις σε αυτό το κατάστημα. Η εξαργύρωση πόντων δεν είναι διαθέσιμη σε αυτό το κατάστημα.

During the winter season of 15 November to 15 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Macedonia all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.
Ασφάλεια ατυχήματος
Covers the renter of the vehicle of up to 4500 EUR in case of death, bodily injuries and total or partial disability up to 9000 EUR and up to 2200 EUR for medical expenses incurred due to accident. PAI does not cover accidents prior or after the rental and those outside of the rental car. If PAI is purchased the rental car is insured for one person - the named driver. Additional drivers will need to present their driving license at the time of rental pickup. Cost of PAI coverage is 1.50 EUR per day per registered driver for all car groups.

Visa, American Express, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 290.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate vehicles have a 390.00 EUR deposit, Full size and Standard vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details.
Ασφαλιστική κάλυψη οδικής βοήθειας
Η Οδική βοήθεια παρέχεται δωρεάν και είναι διαθέσιμη 24 ώρες το 24ωρο και 7 ημέρες την εβδομάδα εντός της επικράτειας της Βόρειας Μακεδονίας. Σε αυτήν περιλαμβάνεται η αντικατάσταση οχήματος εντός 24 ωρών και η τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη. Κατά τη στιγμή της ενοικίασης, παρέχεται επίσης ο αριθμός τηλεφώνου της Οδικής βοήθειας. Η Οδική βοήθεια και η αντικατάσταση αυτοκινήτου είναι διαθέσιμες εκτός συνόρων της Βόρειας Μακεδονίας. Ενδέχεται να ισχύουν πρόσθετες χρεώσεις.
Απαιτήσεις ενοικιαστή
All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters carrying a driving license from an EU member state or their driving licenses are in Latin Characters do not require an International Driving Permit. For all other countries a valid International Driving Permit is required along with the national driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.

For buying SCDW it is mandatory to purchase the CDW. If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.
Προηγμένη απαλλαγή ευθύνης σύγκρουση και Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ
FULL DAMAGE (SCDW/TP) or SCDW and THEFT: Covers the excess that is applied to the CDW coverage. Daily charge ranges from 18 EUR to 26 EUR depending on vehicle group. SCDW/TP does not provide any coverage concerning damages to the underside of the vehicle, inside of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors and tires. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the Road Circulation Code which is the driving laws of the rental country is the responsibility of the renter and not covered by SCDW/TP. If there is a third party involved to an incident, we recommend clients to call the police authorities to the incident - police report is mandatory to file a claim to the insurance company. If no police report is available, client have the fully responsibility of the incident. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or in breach of the road circulation code on the driving country, are not covered by CDW and the driver should pay vehicle damages in total. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

Προστασία συμπληρωματικής ασφάλειας αστικής ευθύνης
Η Συμπληρωματική ασφαλιστική κάλυψη αστικής ευθύνης - Ασφάλιση τρίτου μέρους απαιτείται από τη νομοθεσία και παρέχεται χωρίς χρέωση. Η κάλυψη περιορίζεται σε σωματική βλάβη ή θάνατο τρίτου μέρους ύψους έως και 100.000 ευρώ και ζημιά σε περιουσιακά στοιχεία τρίτου μέρους έως και 50.000 ευρώ.
Προστασία από κλοπή
Η Προστασία από κλοπή καλύπτει το ενοικιαζόμενο όχημα από ολική κλοπή. Το ποσό υπέρβασης επιβαρύνει τον ενοικιαστή. Το ποσό υπέρβασης είναι 500 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων Οικονομικό και Μίνι, 750 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες Compact και Μεσαίο και 1.000 ευρώ για τις κατηγορίες Τυπικό, Van και SUV.
