All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional per rental fee may apply for any additional drivers. Additional drivers must present a valid drivers license at the time of rental.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS AND ON HOLIDAYS IS ON REQUEST ONLY. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RENTED VEHICLE IN THE CASE OF AN OUT OF HOURS RETURN, UNTIL THE RENTAL LOCATION OPENS THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 for Mini and Economy 2-4 door car groups. Age 23 to rent Economy Electric, Economy Minivan, Compact, Compact Minivan and Intermediate Automatic. For all other car groups, drivers must be 25 years of age. No maximum age applies.
Drivers between the ages of 21-24 will incur an additional daily fee.
On completion of the booking, it is recommended to carefully check the local Terms and Conditions.

Rental vehicles may only be driven in Martinique.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW1) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW1 is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle.
You may purchase optional CDW1 for an additional fee. Purchasing CDW1 limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss or damage of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1600.00 EUR. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at the time of rental on which excess will apply. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility, please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are offered.
A deductible will apply depending on which vehicle is rented in a range of 750.00 EUR - 1600.00 EUR. If CDW1 is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per liter will be higher than local fuel prices. A 15.00 EUR service fee will apply.
Option 2 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is optional and can be purchased at the time of pickup. It protects the renter's liability in cases of bodily injury as a consequence of any accidents incurred during the term of the rental agreement.

An authorization on the customer's credit card in the following amounts will be taken at the time of pickup. This authorization amount may be used toward damages or late charges incurred during the rental period.

1050.00 EUR for Economy Electric, Compact Manual and Auto, Economy Minivan, Intermediate Auto

1600.00 EUR for Standard Van Manual 9 Seater
Debit Cards (Visa, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Blu, etc) are considered to be any non-credit card and are not accepted as payment. Pre-paid cards, E-cards or Mosaic cards, along with checks or traveler checks are not acceptable forms of payment.
Cash is not accepted at this location.

Drivers must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Renters must present a valid driver's license from country of origin or International drivers license.
All valid license types in Roman alphabet must be in renter's surname and first name (Greek driving licenses in EU format are accepted). Originals only are accepted. License must have been held for at least one full year and still be valid. International driving licenses are only valid if presented with a domestic driving license. Original Chinese driving license is accepted but only with the Enterprise China drivers license translation service. The renter must show an ID card or passport, a landline telephone number at home. French residents must show a proof of domicile (mobile phone bill accepted).
Renters must present a major credit card in the renter's name at the time of rental.
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to a drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters an International drivers permit is recommended. If the driver's license is in characters other than Latin, an International Permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is only available with the purchase of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW1). In the event of damage or loss to the rental vehicle, the SCDW coverage will exempt renters from paying the fixed CDW excess.

Theft Protection (TP1) covers the theft of rental vehicle and has a deductible rate of 1500.00 EUR - 2500.00 EUR depending on the vehicle rented. IF TP1 is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
