Εξυπηρέτηση εκτός ωραρίου
After hours service is available at this location on request. Pickups and return times must be arranged with the location to ensure the office is manned by our employees and ready to check-out or check-in the rental. The renter cannot leave the vehicle in the street without any precise information from the branch. Confirmation is required by the branch to service after hours rentals and 24 hours advance notice applies. There is no fee for this After hours service.
Απαιτήσεις ηλικίας
ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΗΛΙΚΙΑΣ:
Το ελάχιστο όριο ηλικίας για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων είναι τα 18 έτη.
Το μέγιστο όριο ηλικίας για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων είναι τα 70 έτη.
Για οδηγούς ηλικίας 18-20 ετών ισχύει χρέωση 40,00 EUR συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ ανά ενοικίαση για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων.
Ασφάλιση ζημιών
Where not included in the rate; the purchase of CDW Collision Damage Waiver is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. Customers can purchase optional CDW coverage from our rental offices for an additional fee. CDW if purchased reduces the renters responsibility for loss of or damage to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and applicable laws. CDW does not cover lost keys, key fobs, transponders, optional accessories or any liability imposed by law. When deciding whether or not to purchase CDW you may wish to check with your insurance representative or credit card company to determine whether in the event of damage and/or loss you have adequate coverage or protection for any deductible or out of pocket risk. CDW coverage for all car groups costs 4.10 EUR per day with a deductible of 500 EUR. This coverage only covers rental travel inside the borders of Kosovo.
Εξαιρέσεις/Ακυρώσεις ασφάλισης ζημιών
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirrors, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft, damage from weather, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle
Παράδοση και συλλογή
Delivery and collection is available at all Kosovo locations up to 20km of city limits at a charge of EUR 15 plus VAT. Delivery and collection over 20km outside of the city limits but up to a maximum of 30km will incur an additional fee of 0.90 EUR per km plus VAT. The primary renter upon collection and or delivery must be present to their passport, driving license and confirm payment method. One-way rentals are allowed between Kosovo locations only. A drop charge of 15 EUR plus VAT applies. All one-way reservations need to be made 48 hours in advance of the rental pickup.

Υπηρεσία ανεφοδιασμού
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. In cases when the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank- the difference will be charged according to the official rate of Sherreti-Rent-A-Car. In addition the renter must also pay an amount of 20 percent of the market fuel price.

SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION, SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND FREE OF CHARGE. IT PROTECTS THE RENTER, OR DRIVER, AND OTHER AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AGAINST LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE. RENTER, OR DRIVER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF FAULT. SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS.

During the winter season of 15 November to 15 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Kosovo all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.

Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers, subject to the permitted number of occupants in the vehicle, in the event of death or permanent diablement per accident. Coverage amounts vary from country to country and also may vary depending on whether an adult or child is involved. Similarly partial disability may lead to a lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold.
Τρόποι πληρωμής
Visa, AMEX, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Travelers checks and Euro checks are not accepted. A valid international credit card is always required for the 500 EUR deposit which will be held on the card until the date of rental return and check-in. Cash and debit cards are also accepted as forms of payment at the time of rental return but only with a supporting credit card.

Basic Roadside Assistance is provided free of charge from our rental locations and covers the following services: Tow Replacement vehicle and technical assistance. Roadside Assistance is available 24-7 and the Roadside telephone number is 37744721721. In the case of lost keys or rental vehicle documents additional fees apply. To waive these fees the location offers Premium Roadside Assistance cover which comes with a daily fee of 2.66 EUR plus VAT. Premium Roadside Assistance cover can be purchased at all rental locations in Kosovo.

All drivers must present a valid international or European Union driving license that has been held for a minimum of 12 months along with an identity card or passport.

SLP Third Party Liability is legally compulsory and included in all rates in Kosovo. Coverage limits - Third Party bodily injury or death up to 1,000,000 EUR and Third Party property damage up to 200,000 EUR.

TP Theft Protection is an optional coverage which reduces the renters responsibility in cases of theft. The cost of TP ranges between 4.10 EUR and 8.47 EUR per day plus VAT deoending on car group with a deductible of 500 EUR. If the renter chooses not to purchase TP Theft Protection the liability to the renter in the cases of theft ranges from 500 to 10000 EUR depending on car group. This coverage only covers rental travel inside the borders of Kosovo.
Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ
Η Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ είναι μια προαιρετική ασφαλιστική κάλυψη η οποία μειώνει την οικονομική ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή σε περίπτωση πρόκλησης ζημιάς στα ελαστικά ή/και το παρμπρίζ και υπόκειται στους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του συμφωνητικού ενοικίασης και τους ισχύοντες νόμους.
Είναι διαθέσιμη με επιπλέον χρέωση και μειώνει το ποσό υπέρβασης για την πρόκληση ζημιάς στα ελαστικά ή στο παρμπρίζ του οχήματος σε ΜΗΔΕΝ.
Αν δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην κράτησή σας, η Απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά από σύγκρουση (CDW) είναι απαραίτητη για να μπορέσετε να αγοράσετε την Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ.
