The Mini, Economy, Economy Elite and Intermediate group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 1 year. The Minivan, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, Intermediate SUV, and Standard SUV group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 2 years. The Premium, Luxury, and Full-size group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. There is no young drivers fee for any car groups.

CROSS BORDER POLICY. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF TURKEY AT ANY TIME.

The Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) reduces the liability you are responsible for in the event of damage to and/or theft of the vehicle. If the Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) is not included in the rental agreement, the renter is responsible for the total cost of the damages to the rented vehicle or the value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. It is available for purchase. If it is included, Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) applicable excess amounts are 500 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, and Standard groups, 700 EUR for Full Size and SUV groups, 1000 EUR for Premium groups, and 1500 EUR for Luxury groups. Damage to the underside, interior, and the roof is not covered. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or breach of the driving laws of the rental country is the responsibility of the renter and is not covered by CDWTP. In the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft, the customer is responsible for obtaining a report from the police. Without a proper report, the client takes full responsibility.

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection does not cover: tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances. Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic lawas, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

One way travel is allowed between all Enterprise locations in Turkey with fees dependent on the one way route. One way travel outside of Turkey is not permitted.

RATES INCLUDE RENTAL, TIME AND MILEAGE, SLP THIRD PARTY INSURANCE.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference in fuel plus an additional 20% service charge. VAT and local fees and surcharges will also apply to fuel charges.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD, and VISA are accepted. SECURITY DEPOSITS (SD): For each rental a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, and AMEX) is required. DEPOSIT: Total rental amount and security deposits will be collected at the beginning of the rental through the credit card of the person renting the vehicle. For the full size, premium and luxury group of vehicles, it is required to submit two credit cards and the deposit will be charged to each credit card. Any difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the lease, on the other hand, will be collected or returned, using the same credit card. The credit card holder must be present in person during the rental. The vehicle rental cannot be processed with a credit card belonging to someone else. In addition to the rental fee, a certain amount of deposit which ranges from 100.00 to 250.00 EUR, depending on the brand and model of the vehicle, will be collected from the credit card submitted by the customer. Therefore, credit availability of the credit card (as much as total of rental and deposit fee) is required. The amount collected as deposit will be returned to the same credit card at the end of the rental after deducting the amounts not included in the reservation, if any, such as the above-mentioned additional services, assurances, missing fuel, damages, fines etc. The deposit refunds are reflected to your credit card within 1-10 business days, depending on the internal communication process of the bank. DEBIT CARDS/CASH/OTHER: Debit cards, Travelers Checks and Euro Checks are not accepted at any time. Cash payments also cannot be used for the deposit or to pay for the rental.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is optional coverage available only if Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) is included in the rate or purchased.
