After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located On the counter. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day. Local taxes and surcharges may apply.
Απαιτήσεις ηλικίας
ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΗΛΙΚΙΑΣ:
Το ελάχιστο όριο ηλικίας για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων είναι τα 18 έτη.
Το μέγιστο όριο ηλικίας για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων είναι τα 70 έτη.
Για οδηγούς ηλικίας 18-20 ετών ισχύει χρέωση 40,00 EUR συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ ανά ενοικίαση για όλες τις κατηγορίες αυτοκινήτων.
Πολιτική διασυνοριακής χρήσης
Vehicles can be driven into all countries except Kosovo, Ukraine and Russia. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted. A cross-border fee of 150 EUR per rental applies.
For regional border crossings to Albania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Montenegro or North Macedonia, a fee of 50 EUR per rental applies.
In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch about any cross-border travel at least 7 days in advance.
Ασφάλιση ζημιών
Η Απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά από σύγκρουση (CDW) είναι προαιρετική υπηρεσία και μειώνει την ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή σε περίπτωση ζημιάς του οχήματος, εφόσον δεν αποδίδεται ευθύνη σε κανένα τρίτο μέρος.
Αν η κράτηση δεν περιλαμβάνει CDW, μπορείτε να αγοράσετε τη συγκεκριμένη κάλυψη στο γκισέ ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων. Αν η κάλυψη CDW δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην ενοικίαση ή αν απορριφθεί, ο ενοικιαστής θα θεωρείται υπεύθυνος για το συνολικό κόστος των ζημιών στο όχημα ή για την πλήρη αξία του οχήματος σε περίπτωση ζημιάς.
Αν αγοραστεί ή συμπεριληφθεί στην ενοικίαση, το ποσό υπέρβασης είναι:
1000 EUR για τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Μίνι, Οικονομικά·
1200 EUR για τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Compact·
1500–1800 EUR για τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Μεσαία και Standard·
2000 EUR ευρώ για όλα τα επιβατικά και τα εμπορικά βαν·
και 2500–5500 EUR για όλα τα οχήματα κατηγορίας Premium και Πολυτελείας.
Το ποσό υπέρβασης θα χρεώνεται κάθε φορά που ένα όχημα υποστεί ζημιά
Πριν από την αγορά της κάλυψης CDW, συνιστάται να ελέγξετε αν η προσωπική κάλυψη του ενοικιαστή επαρκεί για την κάλυψη ζημιάς, κλοπής, απώλειας εισοδήματος, εξόδων διαχείρισης, απομείωσης της αξίας και τυχόν εξόδων ρυμούλκησης, φύλαξης ή κατάσχεσης. Αν η κάλυψη CDW απορριφθεί, ο ενοικιαστής υποχρεούται να πληρώσει αυτές τις χρεώσεις και να ζητήσει αποζημίωση από τον προσωπικό ασφαλιστικό του φορέα. Η Απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά από σύγκρουση (CDW) δεν αποτελεί ασφάλιση.
Εξαιρέσεις/Ακυρώσεις ασφάλισης ζημιών
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirrors, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damages resulting from theft, damage from weather, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle

One way rentals intra Serbia are free of charge.

Υπηρεσία ανεφοδιασμού
Fuel Policy: Like for Like.
Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as provided at the time of pick-up. If the Customer returns the vehicle with less quantity of fuel, an additional fee will be charged for the amount of missing fuel according to the official refueling rate.
In case that vehicle is returned with more fuel than given at the time of pick-up, no refund will be made.

SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION, SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND FREE OF CHARGE. IT PROTECTS THE RENTER, OR DRIVER, AND OTHER AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AGAINST LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE. RENTER, OR DRIVER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF FAULT. SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS.

During the winter season of 1 November to 1 April and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Serbia all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.
Ασφάλεια ατυχήματος
Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers, subject to the permitted number of occupants in the vehicle, in the event of death or permanent diablement per accident. Coverage amounts vary from country to country and also may vary depending on whether an adult or child is involved. Similarly partial disability may lead to a lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold.
Τρόποι πληρωμής
Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle.

Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details.

Απαιτήσεις ενοικιαστή
Απαιτείται διεθνής ή ευρωπαϊκή άδεια οδήγησης σε ισχύ για τουλάχιστον 12 μήνες, δελτίο ταυτότητας ή διαβατήριο.
Οδηγίες άφιξης
After passing through passport control, you will exit into the arrivals hall.
Proceed upstairs to the ground level and then continue through the airport building all the way to Terminal 1 Check-in area.
There, exit the building and turn left, then follow the sidewalk until you reach the pedestrian crossing in front of the public garage.
Cross the street, and you will arrive at the white car rental kiosks located to the right of the garage building.
Our counter is located at the far end in the right-hand corner.

Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Insurance is required by law and free of charge. It covers the renter and other authorized drivers against liability in the case of third party bodily injury or death and third party property damage.

Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ
Η Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ είναι μια προαιρετική ασφαλιστική κάλυψη η οποία μειώνει την οικονομική ευθύνη του ενοικιαστή σε περίπτωση πρόκλησης ζημιάς στα ελαστικά ή/και το παρμπρίζ και υπόκειται στους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις του συμφωνητικού ενοικίασης και τους ισχύοντες νόμους.
Είναι διαθέσιμη με επιπλέον χρέωση και μειώνει το ποσό υπέρβασης για την πρόκληση ζημιάς στα ελαστικά ή στο παρμπρίζ του οχήματος σε ΜΗΔΕΝ.
Αν δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην κράτησή σας, η Απαλλαγή ευθύνης για ζημιά από σύγκρουση (CDW) είναι απαραίτητη για να μπορέσετε να αγοράσετε την Προστασία ελαστικών και παρμπρίζ.
